Our group of companies (SYNERGY/PSC/GEM/V2T) focusing on social and economic aspects in among Malaysians to help global economic growth. Methods of training programmes and our proven effective to upgrade public life in Malaysia based on the performance results of us to this day.


Through collaboration with government agencies and the private sector, PSC has extensive experience in entrepreneurship training and business coaching. To date, the PSC has experienced train up to 14,000 participants nationwide with rates of 70% program keberjayaan. In fact, training programmes and guidance from PSC proved to be a real impact on the participants when they managed to increase the household income up to 400% within at least one month only.



GEM has extensive experience in implementing the financial management for the community from a variety of ages, from primary school up to the professionals. GEM have experienced trained more than 5,000 participants and trainee programme finance through financial literacy programme in collaboration with the Government and private sectors.



As an NGO, V2T experienced in implementing activities for the community especially in the area of entrepreneurship, financial management, family relationship, and youth empowerment. In the implementation of their programmes, V2T also collaborated closely with government agencies and other NGOS to identify those who need to be assisted in the social and economic aspects. In addition, V2T also responsible in doing charity activities such as providing assistance to the victims of Hurricane Yolanda in the Philippines in the year 2013.


Among the Government agencies that have worked with the group we (SYNERGY/PSC/GEM/V2T) are:

Jabatan Perdana Menteri (JPM)

PSC has trained class B40 in Malaysia to increase their income through entrepreneurship training programmers with the cooperation of the Prime Minister’s Department


PSC has increased its income veterans who are not pensionable through the implementation of socio-economic Development Veterans Not Pensionable

Unit Perancang Ekonomi (EPU)

PSC has been working with EPU Progam for the implementation of the socio-economic development of the Indian community and has been successful in increasing participants monthly income through entrepreneurship

Jabatan Pembangunan Wanita (JPW)

V2T collaborated with the DWD for the implementation of development programmes for women entrepreneurs and the transformation and has managed to increase the participant’s monthly income

Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM)

PSC and V2T get support and cooperation of the DEPARTMENT for community development program participant selection around Malaysia


PSC has been implementing entrepreneurship training for the community in Sarawak and has been successful in increasing participants ‘ monthly income

Petronas dan MyKasih Foundation

PSC partners with Petronas and MyKasih Foundation to implement the Project a touch of hope that is targeting an increase in income for the hardcore poor in Sabah and Sarawak.

Reefcheck Malaysia

PSC work with Reefcheck Malaysia to train communities in Pulau Sibu, Pulau Mantanani, and Pulau Tioman in entrepreneurship to increase their income.


PSC has implemented the entrepreneurial training program to train participants from the B40 in Malaysia on behalf of Microsoft.

Yayasan Hong Leong

GEM collaborated with Hong Leong Foundation to increase wages B40 through ‘Entrepreneurial Business Intelligence Programme’

Yayasan Bursa Malaysia

V2T has been implementing the increase in income for the women in Kuantan, Pahang

Yayasan CIMB

GEM implementing responsible as to financial management programme for university students in Malaysia.

Majlis Belia Malaysia (MBM)

PSC partners with MBM to perform ‘ young entrepreneurs ‘ Apprentice Course which target youth in entrepreneurship training.


PSC has trained those university graduates (fresh graduate) through ‘ GEMS 2.0 New Employee Excellence Program (NEEP) about ‘ employability skills (employability) for students before they venture into jobs.
