Our group of companies, i.e. companies People Systems Consultancy, GEM Systems, as well as NGO Vision 2 Transform (SYNERGY/PSC/GEM/V2T) partners with government agencies to strengthen those B40 including hardcore poor in Malaysia especially in the among the Bumiputera and Indian community also. Through our training, we managed to improve the social and economic status of the community in accordance with the target 11 Malaysia Plan (RMK-11), which aimed at encouraging growth the timelessness of the people.
Implementation of the community development program not only the responsibility of the Government alone, but also the corporate sector’s primary responsibility to ensure comprehensive economic petumbuhan and beneficial for all. Even in SYNERGY, we believe that the implementation of CSR programs that can provide long-lasting impact on the local community can help raise corporate image as well as contribute to the improvement of the management of stakeholders ( stakeholders) against the company concerned.
In helping the corporate sector to implement strategic CSR programs, our group of People Systems Consultancy Company, GEM Systems, as well as NGO Vision 2 Transform (SYNERGY/PSC/GEM/V2T), working with the private sector to empowering of certain target groups such as Aboriginal peoples, single mothers, people with disabilities (PWDs), University students as well as hardcore poor in their operating area. The target group is also based on its own corporate needs.
